All purchases made during the month of October are final on all costumes.

Return/Exchange:
Any item that is damaged, soiled, or worn can not be accepted for refund or exchange.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept any returns for a refund (less shipping/handling costs) within 14 days of delivery. Please allow up to 45 days for your refund to be applied. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original invoice/receipt. All items returned will be subject to a 15% re-stock fee. We can exchange items for anything available on our website. Any request for an exchange of size or color must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Strings Boutique product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Strings Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Strings Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Strings Boutique shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
